2. Features

The sequence time controller is used to control the injection timing of the hot nozzle of the mold when the valve needle hot runner system is used. The sequence time controller can control each gate of the hot runner system and has the following advantages:

1. Eliminate the weld marks that cause defects on the surface of the formed product or reset the position of the weld marks on the surface of the product, to improve the quality of the formed product.
2. Through the adjustment of the injection volume of each gate, the quality can be improved to prevent the occurrence of product defects or product filling failures.
3. Under the control of the time controller, all the gates are not opened at the same time, so the injection can be carried out with the minimum clamping force.
4. Through the improvement of the injection rate at the gate, the product flow mark can reach the best condition.

MODE-A

The controller keeps the gate output open until the injection signal is off.

 

MODE-B

At the end of the open time, the gate output will close and won't function until the next injection signal.
